Clean, clean, CLEAN, mom and pop motel. GREAT price, updated, and pet friendly. No coffee maker in the room, but the bed is WAY comfortable.
Clean room, quaint motel that is family owned. Staff was accommodating for a late night arrival. I would recommend if you need a place to sleep and clean up. Nothing fancy here but very clean rooms and great staff!
This is an older , family owned, outdoor entrance type of hotel, and is just as the photos show. But it is clean, comfortable, and VERY quiet. The owners are kind and courteous. They even brought us some new, fluffy towels they had just purchased that day! I forgot to grab one bag of clothes, and called them about it that day. They are going to send it to me!
We like to support the local Mom and Pop motels so that is why we stayed here. Upon pulling up, you are a bit concerned as the property is not being kept up well. Upon entering the room, and reading a short bio, the hotel was purchased back in September and the owners are not on site. My suggestion would be to spend a few hours here and there pulling some weeds, watering some yard, cleaning up that Commons area, which could be really cool! Probably would not recommend it, but glad we stayed. The room was clean, although it was not ready when we arrived around 4:45 p.m.
I have been here a few times now and I love it. I love the home feel of the place and they are super friendly. I can't wait to go back
Neligh NE is a nice quiet town to stop in while traveling cross-country and the West Hill View Motel fits right into that at a reasonable price. It obviously has a lot of years of use but the room was clean and functional. The only negatives were the WiFi connectivity which was weak and sporadic even after the owner brought in a WiFi extender and the freezer compartment of the refrigerator which was so occluded with ice I could only get a single Blue Ice into it.
I did a long term stay here while traveling to the town for work. Everything was great! Staff and service was excellent, room was clean and nicely laid out. The location was quiet and peaceful, which was very good for me working nights and having to sleep during the day. 10/10 recommend.
This adorable place was a treat during our road trip across the state. The rooms were clean and cozy. Great location adjacent to subway and caseys. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to ensure our needs are met. I love small town family owned businesses. Would recommend this to others!!
